In the current rapidly changing world, career decision can get complex and taking up accredited career assessment at a decisive stage of student helps them understand their abilities and best suited professions.

Our team of resource persons includes Dr. Ambika Warrier and Capt. Pratiksha Tripathi (R), both registered Rehabilitation Psychologists with over a decade of experience in counselling and psychological therapies.

Dr. Ambika Warrier, is a RCI licensed Rehabilitation Counsellor and founder of Aananda Centre for Counselling with an experience spanning over 15 years in the field of counselling and therapies. In her career she has been working with varied age groups from adolescents to senior citizens. As a career counsellor, she has helped many students select the stream that is suitable to them, according to their personality preferences, career interests, career values, and skills & abilities, and thus achieve their potential. She has guided various professionals to take a conscious and scientific decision when they chose to switch their existing jobs to a ‘career that aligned with their passion’.

Capt. Pratiksha Tripathi (R) is a RCI licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and founder of Mantran Counselling Services with an experience of over a decade. She is proficient in various counselling techniques and psychotherapies and has developed a well-known niche in counselling adolescents. She also has an expertise in doing manual career psychometric assessments with internationally accredited tests like Standard Progressive Matrices, MBTI, Davis’ Battery of Differential Abilities, Strongs’ Interest Inventory, Multiple intelligences and Learning styles. She brings into practice the experience of both the styles of career counselling to help the students find the most suited career that matches with their abilities, personality preferences, interests, and learning styles.

Both counselors are skilled in leading workshops on career guidance as well as addressing the diverse emotional challenges encountered by todays youth.
